5. Content & Intellectual Property

- You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it as necessary to provide our services.
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without our written consent.
6. Payments & Earnings
- Publisher earnings are subject to our payment terms and minimum thresholds.
- We reserve the right to withhold payments if we detect fraudulent or suspicious activity.
- Payment methods and schedules are detailed in your account dashboard.
- All fees and charges are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
7. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms.
- You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
- Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
8. Disclaimers
- The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the Platform.
- We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party advertisers or publishers.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdPlusMedia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AdPlusMedia, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
